I (We), the above-named applicant(s), hereby agree to release, indemnify, and covenant to
hold harmless, Silver Dragon Pets, its officers, directors, and volunteers, and their
successors and assigns, from any claims, famages, injuries, costs, or actions incurred as
a result of adopting any pet from Silver Dragon Pets.
